Estate sales are the backbone of what we do. If you have a house full of sellable items and would like to maximize that value, this is your option. We organize, stage, price and sell everything to completely eliminate any hassle on your end.
Clean Outs are the quick and simpler alternative to estate sales. If you're in a situation where time is of the essence and you need everything gone in a week, or your home is not fit for hosting a sale on site, a clean out may be your best option.
WE LOVE TO DONATE
Theres no good reason to let perfectly good items go to a landfill when they can help support local charities instead. We make a strong effort to pass on useable items to organizations such as The Salvation Army, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and more
RECOVERY OF PRECIOUS ITEMS
If there's a special, sentimental item lost in the rubble and you don't want it thrown out with the bathwater, we'll keep a special eye out for your keepsakes while we clean and put them aside if found
WE'RE CLEAN AND GREEN
We don't just take the easy way out and toss everything into a dumpster, we sort all recyclables, including paper/plastics, scrap metal, and environmentally hazardous waste
